Clients we serve: Individuals, couples, and families of all ages located anywhere in Colorado. We offer in-person, hybrid, and remote counseling.
Areas we treat: Addictions, adolescents, young adults, anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, chronic illness, couples counseling (including non-traditional relationships), eating disorders, family therapy, grief, relationships, attachment issues, trauma, men’s issues, OCD, perfectionism, performance anxiety, trauma, career, self-esteem, body image, LGBTQIA+ community members, trans-youth.
Modalities we use: Our therapists are trained in a variety of modalities including: Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Counseling, Systemic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, and Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy.
