“The demands of work have become too difficult to manage.”
“I don’t feel confident in my abilities to succeed in life.”
“I am tired of barely keeping my head above water.”
“Sometimes my emotions feel so intense and I struggle to get ahold of them.”
The thoughts and emotions you are experiencing are important to me. Therapy is a place to feel supported and accepted, regardless of background, when navigating life’s difficulties. Allow me to walk with you on this next step of your therapeutic journey.

I aim to use a listening ear, warm empathy, and unconditional positive regard with all concerns brought to the table. With this approach, I strive for my clients to leave sessions feeling validated in their experience with a sense of hope for the future.
I use clinically supported treatment modes that are applicable to the mind and body such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and Solution-Focused, that can be tailored to the uniqueness of your world experience and identity. I have found that incorporating movement and mindfulness with clients has positively contributed to client progress.
To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
My name is Lucy, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. Originally a Midwesterner, I obtained both my bachelor's and master's in the city of Chicago. After gaining postgraduate experience in the Florida Department of Corrections, I moved out west with my fiancé and 2 dogs to explore the beauty it has to offer.
I grew up playing sports, pursuing softball collegiately, with most of my energy now being released through hikes, dog walks, and endurance horse riding. It has been a goal of mine to bring empowering knowledge around mental health to individuals who are ready for a positive change. I look forward to seeing how we can work towards that change together.
