At MCC, we believe the client experience begins the moment someone reaches out, not when they sit down for their first session. The Client Care Coordinator plays a critical role in shaping that first impression and ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout their journey. You’ll be part of a collaborative operations team that values responsiveness, organization, and compassion in equal measure. We work closely across clinical and administrative teams to remove barriers to care and create systems that allow clinicians to focus on what they do best.
We are intentional about building a workplace where people feel trusted, supported, and empowered in their roles. That means clear expectations, strong communication, and a team culture grounded in respect and follow-through. At MCC, we don’t just manage operations, we help make care feel accessible, human, and seamless.
If you’re seeking a role that provides critical and meaningful support to an organization, we’d love to connect with you.
