Momentum Counseling and Consulting (MCC) is seeking dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to join our inclusive team in serving our dynamic outpatient practice. MCC strives to provide flexibility, autonomy, and clinical excellence in all that we do, whether that be in-person care, telehealth, or a hybrid schedule, we offer the support and structure needed to thrive.
MCC is hiring licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners passionate about psychiatric care, skilled in medication management, and excited to collaborate with a team of therapists to support whole-person mental health. Fully remote options are available from anywhere in the world or hybrid/in-office options in any of our beautiful office spaces.

✔ Active licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the following states: Colorado, Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, South Dakota, Wyoming.
✔ Master’s or Doctoral degree from a PMHNP program.
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in psychiatric care, preferably in outpatient or community settings.
✔ Strong understanding of clinical documentation, HIPAA compliance, and ethical care standards.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Collaborative mindset and commitment to maintaining a supportive, professional team environment.
