“I feel like I’m at war with myself.”

“I wish I was different.”

“I want to feel like I can move past my struggles.”

Internal family systems (IFS) is a transformative therapy tool that views people as being made of multiple parts. These parts of self are all inherently good, however, challenges occur when these parts shift into more extreme or protective roles in response to trauma or attachment injuries. IFS helps clients heal these wounded parts, promoting connectedness from the inside out.

IFS also addresses personal and intimate relationships through the 8 C’s: confidence, calm, compassion, courage, creativity, clarity, curiosity, and connectedness. As an evidence-based practice, IFS can be effective in treating depression, anxiety, panic, phobias, trauma, substance use, body image issues, and many more.

We can help you:

  • Step into the 8 C’s

  • Improve inner and outer connectedness

  • Improve relationships with others

  • Increase self-esteem

  • Foster self-leadership
