I’m Here For You
I understand how difficult it is to seek help, especially when it feels like nobody may understand you. I want to help you start your therapeutic journey. I am committed to your health and wellness and look forward to working together to understand your goals and how we may move towards them.
My Therapeutic Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative and person-centered at its core; I want to collaborate to understand your needs and what healing looks like for you. Together, we can bring awareness to your feelings, emotions, and environments. I employ through self-discovery, mindfulness, and other exercises that will unlock new ground. I help clients to explore the multiple aspects of their identity and what stories are influencing their life. I aim to build a trusting relationship with you and to move at your pace.
To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
