My Therapeutic Approach

My approach is rooted in authenticity and compassion. I believe that collaboration, connection, and understanding are the cornerstones of effective therapy. True healing begins with a deep understanding of who we are and how our past shapes our present. I am committed to creating an environment where vulnerability is met with empathy and respect.

Drawing on evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs, our sessions are designed to be both meaningful and transformative. This collaborative process is focused on building resilience and lasting change.

more About me:

I grew up in Clearwater, Florida, where my appreciation for wildlife and zest for adventure took shape. While my roots are in Florida, Texas holds a special place in my heart, where I completed my undergraduate studies and have family. Now based in Denver, I continue to embrace new adventures with the same curiosity that has always driven me. I am passionate about music and play the banjo in my free time. I also find joy in skiing, cycling, hiking, and spending quality time with friends and family. My professional path as a Behavioral Health Counselor at Eating Recovery Center, coupled with work experience at Cirque Lodge, an addiction treatment center in Utah, has enriched my understanding of counseling and strengthened my commitment to guiding others through their journeys of growth and self-discovery.
