“I feel like my mind and body are disconnected.”
“I feel overwhelmed by my emotions and try to avoid them.”
“I feel alone – no one understands what I am going through.”
I AM HERE FOR YOU.
Throughout life, we experience challenges and hardship that can leave us feeling disconnected from our authentic selves. Together, we can collaborate to approach your lived experiences with curiosity, address root sources of pain, and reconnect with what it means to be fully you.
My Therapeutic Approach
As a therapist, I aspire to create a space where you feel seen and known. In session, you can expect a warm, compassionate environment where we will collaboratively explore your lived experience without judgment.
My approach is rooted in addressing the interconnected nature of mind, body, and spirit to support client wellbeing. At your pace, I will interweave somatic techniques, trauma informed yoga, mindfulness, and evidenced-based practices to support you in cultivating body awareness, attuning to feelings, and transforming distress.
By engaging holistically, we will tune in to your innate wisdom and your internal capacity for healing.
To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
more about me:
I recently moved to Boulder after completing in-person coursework for my master’s degree at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ. Prior to graduate school in Flagstaff, I ran Division-II cross country and track while studying biology and psychology at Seattle Pacific University. During this time, I discovered a passion for athlete mental health advocacy and integrated, holistic healthcare.
In my free time, I enjoy running on single-track trails in the mountains, chasing powder days on my skis, hiking to alpine lakes, dancing to live music with friends, and baking pastries. I am excited to be living in Boulder and allowed to explore all Colorado has to offer!
