I am glad you are here.
My goal is to empower you to recognize and harness your unique, personal strengths while enhancing your self-awareness. These tools will enable you to enact lasting changes, ultimately helping you become the best version of yourself.
I am passionate about:
My Therapeutic Approach
In my approach, I follow a Person-Centered, Strengths-Based perspective, recognizing that you are the expert in your life. I believe you possess the capacity for self-improvement, and I'm here to provide you with therapeutic tools to facilitate growth. We will explore narrative techniques to enhance your understanding of and coping with life events.
Additionally, I incorporate skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help you accept things beyond your control. I also approach therapy from a decolonizing lens, understanding the importance of recognizing intersecting identities and acknowledging the significance of your unique lived experiences in our work together.
I am committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, knowing that I am here to support you wholeheartedly.
To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
