DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

Choosing therapy can be a hard step but I am here to provide support and empowerment along this new journey. I provide individual counseling for clients ages 17 and up.

My Therapeutic Approach

I believe in not only providing relief in the short-term but helping you with skills to prepare you for the obstacles that are to come. I find it important for my clients to have an environment where they can feel safe, seen, and heard to help work on wounds from their past to take on any challenges they may face ahead.

I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered and trauma-informed care into our sessions to provide a tools that fit your needs and past trauma. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to help process trauma that is causing you current distress in your daily life. Together, we can explore your past, learn, understand, process emotions, and find resolution to past trauma.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.

More about me

I was born in Dallas, Texas but spent my grade school years growing up on the beaches of Florida. After that, I moved back to Texas to attend Texas Wesleyan University for cheerleading and my undergrad in psychology. This is during the time that I found my passion for therapy and found a new love in my life: Colorado. I moved here in 2017 to start my master’s degree at Colorado Christian University. I have worked mostly in inpatient facilities such as psychiatric hospitals, detox centers, and have previous experience in group work.

During my free time I like to explore any new trails, kayak, fish or try a new restaurant! I also enjoy a lazy day with my three animals watching a new series or hanging out with friends. I am so excited to help you find the key to unlocking that power!
