“I cannot focus because my thoughts are racing 24/7”

“Is it okay to set this boundary with this person?”

“I am scared of how to show up as a LGTBQIA+ person in this world.”

“How will I know if I will be okay in this life transition?”

I HEAR YOU.

Working with me will be a creative and open experience. We will connect and create a safe environment where you feel valued, important, and empowered.

My Therapeutic Approach

I am here to listen and to help you. My therapeutic approach is filled with understanding, creativity, and non-judgement.  Working with me will be collaborative and flexible. I want to ensure that you feel empowered in and out of our sessions. I work with children, teens, and adults. I have experience working with children and adults with autism, queer youth and adults, and in all of my work, I bring in elements and connectedness of the natural world.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
