“I just can’t seem to connect with the people around me.”
“I struggle with communicating how I really feel with those closest to me.”
“I seem to mess up every relationship I’m in.”
I hear You.
Human connection is essential. We can't face life's challenges alone. Pain, stress, fear, and anxiety don't have to control your life. Together, we'll explore your values and needs, empowering you to overcome difficulties and thrive.
My Therapeutic Approach
My approach to therapy is to accompany my clients on their journey towards healing. Everyone desires belonging and significance in their lives, and through a holistic approach, I help clients achieve their goals. Everyone has a unique experience in life, and there is not one “right answer” to help each person. I highlight the individuality of each of my clients and tailor my therapeutic approach to fit their subjective experiences. Therapy is a collaborative journey. I strive to act as a partner with each of my clients, and together, we can seek to find the answers that you need.
To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
