My Therapeutic Approach

In therapy, my approach is all about creating a safe and welcoming space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I'm here to listen, support, and collaborate with you as we navigate through whatever challenges you're facing. Together, we'll work on understanding your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and explore ways to help you feel more balanced and fulfilled in your life. I believe in focusing on your strengths and resilience, and I'll provide practical tools and strategies to help you cope with difficult emotions, manage stress, and overcome life’s hardships. My goal is to empower you to discover your own inner resources and strengths so you can overcome obstacles and live a more fulfilling life.

More about me:

I am a Colorado native who enjoys spending time outdoors, especially camping and hiking. It's a huge bonus if there is a body of water around. Playing volleyball has been a big part of my life, and I usually pick up a few games every week. I have two cats and a dog and appreciate cozy nights in, watching movies, spending time with family and friends, and attending concerts. I am also a certified yoga instructor and am currently working to complete my master’s in clinical mental health counseling. I firmly believe that a combination of mental and physical well-being is paramount to living an enriched life.
