“Do you struggle with being present in your life?”

“Do you feel that you can’t maintain healthy relationships?”

“Do you struggle sitting with negative thoughts or emotions, wishing they could just go away?”

“Have you faced fear and worry about seeking help?”

I want to help you.

Life can present itself with challenges that are daunting, and seeking help can be a scary and intimidating pursuit. That is ok, I want you to know that it is normal to feel overwhelmed with life in general and to feel anxious about seeking help. Doing so is one of the biggest steps you can make towards bettering yourself; and for that, you should feel proud. I am here to meet you along the way. Together, we can work on navigating all of the challenges that life throws our way.

I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families. My areas of expertise include:

My Therapeutic Approach

My approach to therapy is to first and foremost meet you where you are. I believe that therapy is only effective if you feel safe, heard, and understood. I approach clients from a place of curiosity, empathy, and compassion.

Therefore, I focus on ensuring that you have the comfortable space needed to be able to express yourself and your experiences in a way that feels most best for you. No two people are exactly the same, so I take a holistic approach centered around providing treatment that meets a client’s complex and unique needs. I utilize a host of trauma-informed modalities for treatment, and fully take into account a client’s life experiences and how they have shaped who they are.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.

More about me

I am a Marriage and Family Candidate in the state of Colorado, and I graduated with my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado State University. Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Utah State University and took a year off to travel and explore other cultures. During this time, I gained valuable experience working in a domestic violence shelter which greatly informed my decision to move to Colorado to pursue my passion for learning and helping others. In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, live music, climbing, and I like all the wonderful outdoor activities our beautiful state has to offer.
