“I struggle with being present in my life.”
“I struggle sitting with negative thoughts or emotions, wishing they could just go away.”
“I fear and worry about seeking help.”
I Hear You.
Life can present challenges that are daunting, and seeking help can be an intimidating pursuit. I want you to know that it is normal to feel overwhelmed. Seeking help is one of the biggest steps you can take towards bettering yourself; and for that, you should feel proud.
I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families.
My Therapeutic Approach
My approach to therapy is to first and foremost meet you where you are. I believe that therapy is only effective if you feel safe, heard, and understood. I approach clients from a place of curiosity, empathy, and compassion.
No two people are the same, so I take a holistic approach centered around providing treatment that meets a client’s complex and unique needs. I utilize a host of trauma-informed modalities for treatment, and fully take into account a client’s life experiences and how they have shaped who they are.
To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
More about me:
I am a Marriage and Family Candidate in the state of Colorado, and I graduated with my master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado State University. Originally from Salt Lake City, I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Utah State University and took a year off to travel and explore other cultures. During this time, I gained valuable experience working in a domestic violence shelter which informed my decision to move to Colorado to pursue my passion for learning and helping others. In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, live music, climbing, and I like all the wonderful outdoor activities our beautiful state has to offer.
