Do you feel as though you have no sense of direction?

Do you feel unhappy with yourself?

Are you lacking fulfillment in your relationships?

Do you feel like your feelings are a burden to others?

Are you overwhelmed by changes occurring in your life?

Do any of these resonate with you?

Distress often arises when we are unable to show up authentically, or when there is difficulty in adjusting to new situations. I commend you for taking these first steps of seeking mental health services and I would be happy to help support you through your journey.

My Therapeutic Approach

It is my belief that therapy is a collaborative environment where you are the expert in your own experiences, and I want to ensure that the direction of your sessions is catered to your needs. I utilize bio-psycho-social-spiritual and person-centered approaches, and a multicultural orientation framework to gain a holistic perspective on you and your story. ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) is one modality of therapy that I like to use with clients to expand psychological flexibility via the use of mindfulness exercises and values work. I believe each client to be unique and wish to honor that by ensuring that any modalities used are relevant to the needs of each individual.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
