“I feel as though I have no sense of direction.”

“I am lacking fulfillment in my relationships”

“I feel like my feelings are a burden to others.”

“I am overwhelmed by changes occurring in my life.”

I hear You.

Distress often arises when we are unable to show up authentically, or when there is difficulty in adjusting to new situations. I commend you for taking these first steps of seeking mental health services and I would be happy to help support you through your journey.

My Therapeutic Approach

It is my belief that therapy is a collaborative environment where you are the expert in your experiences. I want to ensure that the direction of your sessions is catered to your needs. I utilize bio-psycho-social-spiritual and person-centered approaches, and a multicultural orientation framework to gain a holistic perspective on you and your story.

ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) is one modality of therapy that I like to use with clients to expand psychological flexibility via the use of mindfulness exercises and values work. I believe each client to be unique and wish to honor that by ensuring that any modalities used are relevant to the needs of each individual.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
