“I feel like my mind never slows down or shuts off.”
“Suddenly I don’t feel like I know who I am anymore.”
“I feel alone even though I’m surrounded by people.”
I Understand and I am Here To Help.
If one or several of the above thoughts have crossed your mind, you are not alone. My goal is to create a safe, open, and supportive space, where we can find solutions together. Let’s work through some of the stress, pain, and anything else you’re struggling with to reach a calm, grounded, and positive future.
My Therapeutic Approach
I believe that an open, honest, and accepting environment makes for impactful change. With a solution-focused approach, let's find your strengths and stay curious about the things that can catapult you into a balanced mindset. I believe that our body and mind are intertwined, and want to empower you to find that connection through breathing and mindfulness. My goal is for you to learn how to work through these scary thoughts, and live a more grounded life.
To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
