“I don’t know how to get past this.”

“I feel so lonely.”

“I’m tired of worrying about what could happen, should happen, or did happen.”

“I can’t stop thinking about this awful event, it’s taking over my life.”

“I know what I need to do, but I just can’t seem to make myself do it.”

I am here for you.

Life can be chaotic and overwhelming. Sometimes we get stuck in our thoughts and feelings. Having someone to share your story with and help you work through those sticky points can be a powerful experience. I’m here to listen to you and empower you. You are the expert on you, and we go as fast or slow as you like. Therapy is a collaborative effort, and I would be honored to be your partner on your healing journey.

I work with adults and am passionate about:

My Therapeutic Approach

I see you as a person and I am curious about your life, values, challenges, and strengths. I seek to build a trusting relationship with you, validate your experience, and to meet you where you’re at. I may use evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), or acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to support your care.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
