“I have difficulty focusing on the present moment.”
“I feel like I’m a mess.”
“I see myself as a failure.”
Does this sound like your self-dialogue?
That’s ok. I diligently and compassionately strive to work with anyone experiencing distress, discomfort, and distraction from what's important to you in your life. If you feel like your mind is full of unproductive thoughts patterns that keep you disconnected, disempowered, or disengaged from fully showing up in the present moment, I'd love to come alongside you and work through the mental barriers you may be experiencing.

My Therapeutic Approach
I believe every person has an innate desire for self-actualization, which is the full realization of one’s creative, intellectual, and social potential. The source of our drive dictates our perspectives, individually and collectively, and our responses to desirable or undesirable events. Being stuck externally often leads us to develop unproductive thought patterns that impact our state of being and make us overlook the strengths and positive qualities we possess.
That said, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) are frameworks from which I conceptualize your concerns and approach the process of change. Together, we will work through disengaging from negative thought patterns, accepting the un-controllables, and managing perceived stress and low self-esteem. We can recondition a life-changing growth mindset by adjusting beliefs about self, optimizing values systems, and developing values-based life goals. This will help you become the leader of the life you envision rather than life negatively consuming you.
To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
