“Why does life seem much harder for me than everyone else?”

“How can I find balance and peace in all of this chaos?”

“When did this become a problem, and do I need help solving it?”

I hear you.

I recognize that moving through life can be challenging, and I believe in the resilience of the human spirit. If you are considering a therapeutic journey, I am honored to work with you.

My Therapeutic Approach

Using a person-centered approach, I create a compassionate space for clients to feel seen and heard. I can help you engage and enhance your capacity for reflection and self-awareness to understand what matters most to you. I work with a variety of therapeutic techniques - including trauma-informed work, mindfulness, creative arts therapy, CBT, and DBT.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.

More about me:

I am originally from Delaware and joined the U.S. Navy after high school. Having only ever lived near the ocean, I decided to move to Colorado for a change in scenery and to attend college.

I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. I am a Certified Nurse Assistant and parent to my 10-year-old son with autism. I also have a 7-year-old son with ADHD. I have been passionate about meeting with and learning from others within the neurodivergent community. Personally and professionally, I can speak to the healing power of shared experience and resources. In my free time, I usually renovate my house, create art, read, or spend time with friends.
