“My anxiety consumes me.”

“I don’t like who I am.”

“I can’t stop thinking about the past.”

“I am completely alone.”

Welcome. I’m Glad You’re Here.

As someone who has experienced loss, pain, and many life transitions, I understand how challenging it can be to get through the day sometimes. But I also know what it’s like to find calmness, compassion, and even joy amidst the pain, thanks to therapy. I have found healing, and I am here to help you do the same.

My Therapeutic Approach

In our work together, you’ll find room for all of your feelings. I like to help clients accept their emotions and identify their thought patterns related to those emotions—this is an ongoing process that we will explore together. From there, we will examine how those thoughts and feelings affect you and your behavior. (Do you see their impact in your relationships? Do you feel their impact in your body? etc.)

We’ll explore the origins of these issues, whether they’re past traumas or current painful situations or, in many situations, a combination. Then we can look at how to strengthen your ability to cope. It is my steadfast commitment that I will remain adaptable and open-minded to the intricacies of your path to healing. You are fully capable of seeing both yourself and the world through more compassion, self-confidence, and joy. I am here for you every step of the way.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
