“I am experiencing challenges in my relationship(s).”

“I feel unlike myself.”

“I have a hard time connecting with others, and understanding thoughts, feelings, and actions.”

“I have been feeling unsure about my next steps or future goals.”

I HEAR YOU.

We know that life can throw us off course and make us feel unlike ourselves. I believe that everyone deserves understanding and support, and that deciding to talk to someone is a brave and meaningful step. Whether you’d like to overcome specific challenges, gain overall support, or just be heard, I want to help you get where you want to be.

My Therapeutic Approach

I am open to working with anyone, but my specialties include individuals who are navigating challenges in their relationships, managing anxiety or depression, and who want support during a time of significant change. I believe in an approach that provides space to build trust, before shifting into whatever you need it to be. By building a safe and accepting environment, we can explore the past, better understand the present, and support positive change in our thoughts, feelings, and actions.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.

More about me:

My journey began in 2019, when I decided to pursue my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Throughout my experience I have developed a strong passion for working with individuals to strengthen coping and problem solving skills, self advocacy, boundary setting, understanding of values, communication, and relationships with self, family, peers, and partners. More recently, I’ve noticed an increasing interest in holistic education and approaches.

Outside of session you can find me cooking, reading, spending time with loved ones (including my cat, Beatrice) and enjoying our Colorado sunshine. I like to create, learn, interact, be mindful, and challenge myself to meet new personal and professional goals.
