Are you experiencing challenges in your relationship(s)?

Are you feeling unlike yourself?

Do you have a hard time connecting with others? Or a hard time understanding your thoughts, feelings, and actions?

Have you been feeling unsure about your next steps or future goals?

We know that life can sometimes throw us off course or make us feel unlike ourselves. While we’re all human, our thoughts, emotions, experiences, and personalities are unique. I believe that everyone deserves understanding and support, and that deciding to talk to someone is a brave and meaningful step. Whether you’d like to overcome specific challenges, gain overall support, or just be heard, I want to help you get where you want to be.

Areas of Expertise:

My Therapeutic Approach

I am open to working with anyone, my specialties include working with individuals who are navigating challenges in their relationships, managing anxiety or depression, and who are wanting support during a time of significant change. I believe in taking an approach that provides space to first build trust, and then shifts into whatever you need it to be. By building a safe and accepting environment together, we can work to explore the past, better understand the present, and support positive change in our thoughts, feelings, and actions.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
