“I feel really numb and disconnected from others.”

“My partner and I don’t connect anymore.”

“I am struggling to accept change.”

“I want to learn more about myself.”

"There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn't." ― John Green.

I see you. I am here for you. You are worthy.

Choosing to start therapy can be overwhelming, and I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your story. My hope is to create a space of safety to foster vulnerability and healing where you can take risks, try new skills and strategies, and attend to parts of yourself that need nurturing.

My Therapeutic Approach

We are all so different in how we approach life and navigate challenges. I believe that each person should be met with a therapeutic strategy that fits their unique needs. You know yourself better than anyone else. It is my goal to help empower you to embrace your individuality and your story.

I incorporate existential, person-centered, and parts work into our sessions to help inform our work together, but will adapt techniques to best fit your needs. I also have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and can use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in working with relationships and couples.

Together we can explore whatever brought you to this point, gain a greater understanding of yourself and work toward resolution and healing. I am honored that you would choose to allow yourself to be seen here! I provide individual and couples counseling for clients age 14.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
