“I feel so overwhelmed I have no control over my life.”
“I feel like I don’t know who I really am.”
“I do not like change; it is overwhelming, and I avoid it.”
“Choosing authenticity means cultivating the courage to be imperfect, to set boundaries, and to allow ourselves to be vulnerable” – Brené Brown
I SEE YOU. YOU BELONG HERE. YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
The complexities of life can be challenging to navigate, especially alone. Feelings of distress, fear of the unknown, and life changes can feel debilitating, but there is hope. Everyone carries a unique blend of experiences, thoughts, and emotions that shape their individual story. You don’t have to face these challenges by yourself; we’ll confront them together.
My Therapeutic Approach
My approach is rooted in connection and understanding. My goal is to create a safe, authentic space for clients to explore their past, and future aspirations, meeting them where they are and tailoring my approach to their needs. I heavily incorporate reality, and cognitive behavioral therapy approaches by becoming attuned to your cognitive, behavioral, and emotional patterns. Understanding that one has the power to create change through knowledge and insight can lead to growth. During your therapeutic journey, I may also utilize solution-focused brief, psychodynamic, and attachment-based theories. I apply mindfulness, grounding techniques, and other customized coping skills that are uniquely designed for your needs.
To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
