“I can’t calm my mind down and my thoughts keep spinning.”

“I just don’t see the point in trying, nothing ever gets better.”

“I’m broken, I’ll never be fixed.”

“I feel so alone.”

I’m here to help.

Life can be overwhelming and tackling our problems head-on can sometimes feel impossible. Being here, you have already taken the first steps on a path to healing. I am passionate about working with people to help them understand and overcome their problems in a collaborative and goal-oriented way. I see each person who comes through my door as a unique individual, with a story and healing process entirely their own. Let’s walk that path together, I would be honored to get to know you. I provide counseling to individuals.

My Therapeutic Approach

Each person has a distinctive story, difficulties, and struggles built from a lifetime of experiences, and I aim for my counseling to mirror this. I strive to create an environment where we move at your pace, push through discomfort, celebrate victories big or small, and have you walking out the door feeling confident.

I primarily incorporate Adlerian Theory into my counseling, as I strongly believe that life-tasks and purpose are paramount in guiding healing. I also am passionate about Feminist and Cognitive Behavioral theories as means of both understanding and overcoming our negative thoughts and feelings.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
