You are the expert in your own story

These thoughts and feelings can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. Together we will work to find solutions that work best for YOU. Life is full of challenges and I believe seeking support can be one of the toughest challenges we face. By looking at my profile, you’ve taken the first step to reach out for help which requires a lot of bravery - you should be so proud of yourself.

My Therapeutic Approach

My experience includes working with adolescents and adults on topics concerning Sexual Assault, LQBTQIA+ Identity Exploration, Relationship Issues, and Substance Use. I approach therapy through a warm, genuine, and curiosity filled lens. This includes a strengths-based and holistic approach that will explore empowerment, social support, cultural upbringing, personal values, core beliefs, dysfunctional assumptions, and emotional processing. My goal is to promote a, non-judgmental environment in which you will feel heard and supported as we work towards achieving your goals. I would be honored to help you navigate whatever challenges you or your relationships are facing. If you are ready to take the next step, give me a call or send me a message and we can discuss how I can best support you. I look forward to speaking with you.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.

About me:

I am a Colorado Native and kept myself busy growing up by playing fastpitch softball and reading whenever I could. I obtained my Bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Northern Colorado. I am currently working towards my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University.

In my free time I love to go camping with my fiancé to enjoy the wonderful mountains and fresh air as well as watch Colorado Eagles hockey games, hang out with my dog, and listen to rock and alternative music. I try my hardest to get outside and explore this beautiful state every chance I get. As an avid animal lover, I have previously worked as both a Kennel Attendant at a dog daycare and as a Veterinary Technician’s Assistant. Along with this, I have been working in the mental health field for several years in various roles including being a Victim Advocate and a Crisis Clinician.
