“I feel like my past is holding me back from being fully myself.”

“I feel like I’m just surviving instead of thriving.”

“It feels selfish to take care of myself.”

“My relationship with food causes me more stress than joy.”

“I feel like I’m under so much pressure.”

It doesn’t have to stay this way.

I am here to walk with you through this difficult time and I want to help you create more balance, authenticity, and joy in your life. You do not have to do this alone.

My Therapeutic Approach

I emphasize a collaborative, person-centered, creative, and holistic approach to therapy. You are the expert on you! I strive to create a therapeutic environment where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, and past experiences. I also want to equip you with practical tools to help you manage stress, regulate your emotions, and continue to thrive outside of therapy. I am passionate about integrating mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, emotionally-focused, and trauma-focused therapies into my practice.

You are taking a huge step by asking for help!

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
