"I've gone through a lot of changes that I'm not sure how to cope with."

"I want to explore more about my identity and how I fit in the world."

“I feel overwhelmed all the time.”

“I want to find motivation again.”

Let’s work through this together.

My Therapeutic Approach

As we work to overcome the challenges in your life, we will create personalized mindfulness strategies and conduct self-exploration through Humanistic and Person-Centered therapy, guiding you towards healing and growth. Together, we will take a positive and growth-focused approach to finding how you can live the fullest version of your life. I am passionate about helping clients work through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and religious or spiritual transitions and exploration.

More about me:

Outside of my professional work, I am a Colorado native who is always looking for something to do outdoors, enjoying all the skiing winter and paddle boarding in the summer. Before starting my counseling career, I found my passion for working with children and families through summer camp counseling, assistant teaching, and nannying for families with children from birth to 12 years old.

I started my graduate education in a school counseling program, which provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the systems in which families are a part of and how they interact with each other in the context of education. However, I saw that transitioning to the Clinical Mental Health focus was more aligned with the way I wanted to apply my skills in a broader context and allow me to work more closely with the individualized goals of each client.
