I freeze every time I have to perform.

My nerves always get the best of me.

I need someone to talk to, but I don't want to burden anyone.

I feel sad but I'm not sure why.

I'll never be good enough.

Do you relate to any of these statements? You are worthy of a better life and together we can get there.

I would be honored to journey with you and help you with performance anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, life transitions, or other issues. I am a firm believer in the power of therapy, that no one is beyond help, and that changing your thoughts can change your life.

My Therapeutic Approach

My approach to therapy is to get to know you as a unique individual and understand how your specific experiences have shaped you. Therapy is a collaborative process and my job is to give you tools and new ideas for you to develop the life that you want. I feel strongly that new thought patterns lead to new behaviors which lead to change. I am especially drawn to CBT, DBT, ACT, and humanistic approaches as specific modes of therapy.

To see if we are a good fit, you can email, call/text me, or fill out this form to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
